If your pet has gone missing, please follow the below corresponding links to see if your missing pet is among the animals that have been brought into the shelter.

Garland Animal Services has a holding period of 7 days for tagged animals and 4 days for untagged animal. This helps to ensure that a pet is still at the shelter in the event an owner is out of town or otherwise unavailable. All animals are also scanned for microchips as they enter the shelter.
Garland residents can also view animals found by the public or register a lost pet on 24Petconnect.
Call 972-205-3570, option 2 to make an appointment. For questions or concerns, please email animalservices@garlandtx.gov.
